Spot the DIfference?

I have a friend attended an interview for new job last few weeks, he showed the first draft and final work at the same time for each job, where the first draft is the baby born 100% by yourself, the final artwork is the baby born by both you and client. I think it's quite persuasive to the interviewer, coz they can see how your standard originally. For final works, they can see how you perceive client's comment and try to change the things accordingly by keeping the standard itself.

Well, after listen to him, I just curious is it better if we put all of the changes out? Hm....It will abit LOSO+POPOMAMA right?....

Below is the e-newsletter I've done for Sentosa in June. Usually they will give me the main creative, what I only need to do is do color matching and study the theme from the creative by not running out too much unity from the creative they gave.

Can you spot the difference? Well, actually you don't have t spot it, just can see it clearly at a glance. Sometime client will ask you to make big changes at once within short period of time.

During uni life, I NOT SO LIKE some fussy lecturers/tutors keep asking me to do changing, but in the fact that the client is 10 times fussy. In order to reduce the changes, it's better and very important to do the things with your fully effort and creativity at the beginning (yah can see that I still have alot to improve)...

The final:

How?
Actually I have no comment already as I have difficulty to judge my own work, but I hope client is happy with it at least... = =
